The following fees apply for work undertaken from 1st January 2024

Expenses | |||

*Additional expenses may include train fare (standard class); a taxi from the station if necessary; or mileage costs. If overnight accommodation is required, expenses will be kept within reasonable limits. *Payment terms are 30 days from invoice date. | |||
Cancellation fees
Where possible, alternative work will be undertaken, and fees waived. Where this is not possible due to short notice the following fees will apply:
Cancellation occurring within 7 days of the trial | Full fee payable |
Cancellation occurs with 8-14 days’ notice of the trial | 50% of fees payable |
Cancellation occurs with 15-28 days’ notice of the trial | £440.00 rescheduling fee payable |
Cancellation occurs with over 28 days’ notice of the trial | No charge |
Cancellation of appointment with over 48 hours’ notice | Pre-booked travel costs (if any) |
Cancellation of appointment within 48 hours’ notice | £440.00 plus pre-booked travel costs / Consultancy room fee (if any) |
Fees are subject to VAT at the prevailing rate at the time of invoicing (VAT registration number 948215213).
Unless otherwise agreed in advance, reports are provided approximately six weeks after the assessment and invoices are payable within 30 days of the invoice date.
